Who may use WordSprout

WordSprout provides sight-word learning tools for families and educators. An account must be created and managed by an adult parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized educator. Children may use learning activities only under that adult's direction.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate adult account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Use nicknames rather than a child's full legal name and add only learners you are authorized to supervise.
• Do not misuse join codes, access another person's data, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

Educational service

WordSprout is a supplemental educational resource, not a substitute for professional teaching, assessment, medical advice, or special-education services. We work to keep content accurate and the service available, but do not promise a particular learning outcome or uninterrupted access.

Free access and future paid plans

WordSprout is currently offered with free launch access and reasonable capacity limits. We may test optional paid plans in the future, but no new paid subscription is available unless the site clearly presents a price, included features, and checkout terms before purchase.

• If paid memberships are introduced, renewal frequency, price, taxes, trial terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.
• Stripe may process payments when billing is enabled; WordSprout does not store full card numbers.
• Any existing paid member may manage or cancel through the billing portal in Account Settings.
• If a future subscription ends, existing learning data will not be automatically deleted, although actions above the current free limits may be unavailable.
• For a billing error or refund request, contact us promptly. We review requests based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law; statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Your content and our materials

You retain responsibility for custom word lists and messages you submit and permit us to process them only to operate the service. WordSprout's site design, software, original text, and branded materials may not be copied, resold, or redistributed except where a download is expressly provided for personal, household, or classroom use.

Privacy, suspension, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may restrict accounts that threaten users, privacy, security, payment integrity, or service availability. We may improve or change features and will give reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid plan.
